When Frank was hired on February 14, he likes to say he fell in love that day - with his job. "It's an extraordinary work environment for associates. Our team is the face of the technology department, and we are challenged with new issues a daily basis," he said.

Within six months of starting at TD AMERITRADE Frank moved from site support to executive support, where he stayed for six years. "I was able to work closely with the chairman and CEO to the CIO, amongst others, to see how they handle situations and take that into my own job," he said. "I was also given some incredible opportunities for someone right out of college, but they gave me that chance."

Today, Frank is a team lead and is working toward a manager career path. "Here it's the individual's opportunity to create their career. And, if you see something out there, it's yours to go get. If you don't have what you need, someone is there to tell you how to achieve your goals," he said.
