A technology associate in application development, Chris started as an intern for one of the application development teams. "Right away I was made part of the team and brought up to speed. Even as an intern, I was able to do meaningful things. The more skills I developed, the more interesting things I got to work on," she said.
"What has impressed me the most is how well everyone communicates as a team," she said. After graduation, she accepted a full-time position with the Company. "I have a career path and benefits that will allow me to continue my education," she said.
Working in the ThinkTech Baltimore location offers additional advantages. "I live just 10 minutes from work, and I'm close to Washington, D.C. There's lots of activity," she said.
