For some, site support is a stepping-stone to other areas of the Company. For Aaron, it offered continuous challenges that kept his work interesting and allowed him to work with a close-knit team. "The great thing about site support is the interaction you have with all the other different teams and people - from executives to the Client Services," he said.

Along the way, he discovered a strong interest in collaborative technologies and even managed the implementation of the Company's video conferencing system - from the ground-up. "I've always been interested in new and different technologies. Here, we're given the ability to go out and strengthen our skills through training," he said.

With his recent move to desktop engineer, he'll continue to pursue his chosen career path. "It gives me the opportunity to learn more about technology, to branch out and to learn about all aspects of the Company.”
